BEIJING, May 16 (Xinhua) -- A booklet on the the Implementation Plan for the National Ecological Civilization Pilot Zone (Hainan) has been published by the People's Publishing House.

The implementation plan was jointly issued by the General Office of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council.

The booklet is available at Xinhua Bookstore outlets across the country from Thursday.
