HONG KONG, Feb. 12 (Xinhua) -- A magnitude-5.9 earthquake jolted 35km NNE of Agrihan, Northern Mariana Islands at 12:34:15 GMT on Tuesday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 129.98 km, was initially determined to be at 19.0727 degrees north latitude and 145.7712 degrees east longitude.
